Great place to stay when visiting Matsumoto.
The public bath area felt quite cramped during peak hours, which limited relaxation opportunities. Additionally, the pillows were too firm for my comfort, making sleep less than ideal. There were moments when staff interactions felt a bit impersonal, which detracted from the overall experience.

The rooms here are spacious and super comfy. You can unwind in the relaxing massage chairs after a soak in the onsen. I especially loved the calming aroma in the public bath and the soothing ambiance it created. The carpets in the hallway could use a refresh, but it didn't take away from the overall joy of my stay! 🛁

The spacious room offered a comfortable seating area, making it ideal for a family. Highlights included a soothing onsen experience and a generous breakfast with an impressive spread. Complimentary drinks in the evening were a delightful touch, though the breakfast area felt somewhat lacking in ambiance. While parking options around the hotel got full quickly, proximity to the train station and dining options made up for it.
